LINK Mobility AS was established in 2002 in Sandefjord, Norway. The company currently has about 45 private shareholders with 16 percent of the shares owned by the employees. There are offices in Stockholm, Oslo, Sandefjord, Beijing and Johannesburg. Sales for 2006 amounted to SEK 6.7 million , with SEK 25 million forecast for 2007. Swedish LINK Messaging AB was acquired during 2007.

The group is well-financed for continued growth and currently has 14 employees.
