SMS Quality

All SMS services from LINK Mobile Solutions goes mainly via direct connections to operators. LINK Mobile Solutions has its own service agreements with these operators to ensure the best delivery rate. This means that for each text message sent out through our system has its own proof when it has been delivered to the subscribers phone. Has it not been delivered there's an error code describing indicating what has gone wrong.

A lot of our competitors have no direct connections with operators and rely instead on using cheap aggregators that send SMS without roaming agreements. This seriously sacrifices quality over price and there will be no way to see accurate delivery statistics. This may lead to subscribers getting messages that they don't want and not getting the messages they do want ending up in dissatisfied customers. Since this has become quite a problem for the nordic operators over the last couple of years we see that some of them are taking actions to stop these aggregator's sendings leading to problems for a lot of these companies customers.
