The SMS Inbox service gives you a more effective way of receiving responses or orders. Customers send their responses to an SMS number and automatically receive responses to various actions. Inbox also creates address directories. In this way, you easily obtain customers' complete addresses. All responses or addresses can be easily exported to Excel or as text for forwarding to e-mail addresses. The service is easily administrated via a web interface and is available in most of the Nordic countries. SMS Inbox is well-suited for use with premium text messaging (fee-based SMS).
