INTERSPORT improves the shopping experience for its customers through mobile communications
LINK Mobility in France, Sweden and Finland manages marketing campaigns via SMS and SMS notifications for click & collect for INTERSPORT, the world’s largest sports chain.
INTERSPORT’s mission is to inspire more people into an active life. The company has a wide range of sports equipment and a large retail network throughout Europe. 5500 stores in 44 countries makes INTERSPORT is the world’s largest sports chain.
In France, the sports chain has about 550 stores as well as e-commerce. LINK Mobility handles millions of SMS per year with drive-to-store marketing campaigns through a partner. We will also continue to digitalize their marketing campaigns with so called Rich SMS features (scratch sms, shake sms, geolocation, etc.).
In Sweden, INTERSPORT has around 140 stores as well as e-commerce and is a customer of LINK Mobility through a partner. We’re handling marketing SMS to customers and SMS notifications for the click & collect service, when customers purchase a product online to be picked up from the store.

INTERSPORT Finland OY has been a direct customer to LINK Mobility for a couple of years, with 62 stores in Finland. They use marketing SMS and SMS notifications when customer’s purchase is ready to be picked up in store.
