Last week the LINK UK commercial team attended Europe's first conversational AI conference held here in London.
The event provided a great opportunity for LINKer's to network with other CAI (Conversational AI) specialists and hear about the revolutionary technology being implemented by organisations across the world.
Speakers included those from: Google, Meta, IBM and even the Holland Police organisation who have integrated a new 111 chatbot into society with great success.
