LINK Mobility acquires Italy's KPM Solutions
Oslo, 8 June 2026 – LINK Mobility has acquired KPM Solutions, an Italian reseller of LINK's messaging services and provider of a self-service messaging platform, further strengthening LINK's position in the Italian market.
Headquartered in Arezzo, Italy, KPM Solutions delivers approximately 114 million SMS messages annually on behalf of its customers. The company has established a strong presence in the market through its self-service messaging capabilities and long-standing customer relationships.
The acquisition supports LINK's strategy of expanding its local market presence and enhancing customer reach through targeted growth initiatives.
By bringing KPM Solutions into the LINK Group, customers will benefit from access to LINK's broader portfolio of mobile communications solutions, including messaging, conversational messaging, customer engagement, and CPaaS services.

The acquisition was completed on 8 June 2026 and was settled entirely in cash.
