LINK Mobility acquires LabsMobile

Oslo, 5 October 2026 – LINK has acquired LabsMobile, a Spanish provider of SMS and messaging solutions. Founded in 2009, LabsMobile serves more than 3,000 customers across Spain and Latin America. The acquisition strengthens LINK's position in Spain and expands our presence further in Latin America.

LabsMobile has grown strongly in recent years. Around a quarter of its revenue comes from Spain and about two-thirds from Latin America, mainly Mexico and Colombia. As a mostly SMS-focused provider, it fits well with LINK's multichannel portfolio, and together we will be able to offer existing LabsMobile customers a much broader range of messaging channels.
