LINK Mobility today announces the publication of our Annual Report for 2025, highlighting a year of strategic progress, and continued innovation across global messaging and CPaaS markets.
In 2025, LINK Mobility delivered robust results, with total revenue reaching 7.1 billion NOK, aligning to 5% growth in pro forma gross profit. EBITDA was 821 million NOK, with a margin of 11.6%. The company processed more than 23 billion messages globally, supporting enterprises with secure and scalable communication solutions.
During the year, LINK continued to advance its product offering and received major recognition from Juniper Research, including winning the RCS Business Messaging Solution award, advancing into the established leader category, which recognizes LINK to be among the Top 5 global CPaaS players. These achievements reinforce LINK’s leadership in OTT and next-generation messaging.
LINK also expanded its customer base and strengthened existing partnerships across key industries such as retail, logistics, finance, and the public sector, as demand for omnichannel communication continues to grow. In 2025, LINK also continued its strong M&A momentum with the landmark acquisition of SMSPortal in South Africa, a leading provider serving over 5,400 customers and processing around 16 billion messages annually, strengthening LINK’s market position and expanding its footprint beyond Europe.
Looking ahead, LINK Mobility remains well-positioned to capture further growth in the CPaaS market, with continued focus on innovation, scalability, and delivering customer value.
