Byggern has launched their digital customer club card in JOYN, LINK Mobility’s new membership communication platform. Byggern wants to digitize their customer card whilst opening up for a better customer communication, and can now aim for less environmental impact by ditching the plastic member cards.
Byggern AS is a nationwide building product store chain with over 90 physical stores spread throughout Norway, as well as their online store www.byggern.no.
“JOYN will simplify the registration of new members, shorten the time a member has to use to register until they can use their benefits, as well as give us new opportunities for communication with our members. We believe that by showing us in a platform where the customer can have all their membership cards will give more value to our customers than building our own Byggern app. This ensures the development and updating of the App. This will also assist us in our goal of increasing our membership base in an easy way.” Says Tore Røsvoll, Responsible for E-Commerce and Digital Channels at Byggern AS.
LINK Mobility is the leading provider in Europe within mobile communications and mobile services, specializing in solutions for digitalization and simplification of all processes. One of these solutions is JOYN, a platform for digitizing membership cards, enlisting new members and running good customer communications.
“We are very happy that Byggern goes from a traditional plastic card for their members to a digital card in Joyn, with the communication opportunities Joyn provides. We are confident that this cooperation will enable Byggern to be more innovative in its mobile interaction and communication with their customers, and give them an opportunity to build an even stronger customer relationship and loyalty, “says Jan Tore Kjær, Director Marketing & Sales in LINK Mobility AS.
