Meet Johan Fällman, Team Lead Support & Delivery
With 13 years at LINK Mobility, Johan has experienced both professional and personal growth. He kicked off his LINK journey in Norway before making his way back to his Swedish roots.
As a true nature enthusiast, Johan enjoys the great outdoors. But don’t be fooled, one of his guilty pleasures is discovering new restaurants (because balance is key, right?). If Johan were a LINK product, he’d be MyLINKConnect - our chatbot automation tool: versatile, capable of handling just about anything, and with a bright future!
Can you tell us more about your journey at LINK Mobility?
It all began 13 years ago in Norway when a friend tipped me off about a job opening. I showed up for the interview without even knowing what the role was - talk about a leap of faith! Luckily, it worked out, and I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity.
I started as a support specialist in Norway, then went on to build our delivery department together with other colleagues. I stayed in Norway for two more years before moving back to Sweden to continue in delivery. Later, I joined the Product Expert team on a Group level, supporting different local markets globally. This year, I’m taking another exciting step, transitioning into a new role as Senior Support and Delivery Expert & Team Lead Support and Deliver.
Looking back, I am inspired by LINK Mobility’s journey, growing from being 35 people in Norway to being a global company with over 600 employees today.There’s always a new market to explore and new products to dive into. And the cherry on top? My amazing colleagues, who make the journey even more fun 💙
What's one word that best describes LINK Mobility for you?
Thrilling: LINK Mobility is exciting, dynamic, and full of energy. It has an innovative and fast-paced environment, where new ideas, projects, and opportunities constantly emerge.
What's a small yet meaningful tradition or routine at LINK that makes a difference?
Our gaming lunches when we gather in the gaming room to play FIFA.
What do you like best about the office in Stockholm?
The view!
What is one piece of advice you would give someone looking at joining the company?
Joining LINK Mobility means embracing change and thriving during busy times. If you do so, there are always plenty of opportunities for growth within the company!
