Meet Ossian Lindblad, Senior Support & Delivery Specialist
Ossian is originally from the small town of Vaxholm, known as the capital of the archipelago, just outside Stockholm. With a lifelong passion for technology, he initially pursued a career in marketing and events. In 2021, he joined LINK Mobility, a move influenced by the significant impact of COVID-19 on his previous industry, and found that the work at LINK closely aligned with his personal interests.
How did you become interested in joining LINK, and what are the most rewarding aspects of your role?
Initially, the world of CPaaS and messaging was brand new to me, and I can honestly say that I did not quite know what to expect. However, it quickly became clear that this was an exciting place to work. The team's great attitude and philosophy, along with the chance to engage deeply with the technical tasks we handle, really attracted me.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role has been interacting with others, helping, and building strong relationships with our customers. Establishing trust between LINK and our customers adds significant value and makes the partnership enjoyable. This is of course a team effort, and working with the amazing colleagues both from Sweden and across all of LINK is fantastic - not only rewarding but also an opportunity to learn every day.
What are you most proud of in being part of the LINK team and what is your biggest accomplishment?
I am incredibly proud to be part of the Customer Care team in Sweden and to have contributed to building it into what it is today. We have grown in size and made significant changes in our processes and workflows. Starting from a clean slate, it took a lot of hard work to reach our current level. Additionally, we have established excellent collaboration with colleagues across different teams and countries, which I personally highly value. Without a doubt getting the "LINKer of the Year" award in Sweden, twice 😊 It's an incredible honor!
Which value at LINK resonates with you the most?
Both united and dedicated - united because everyone in LINK contributes to making it a wonderful place to work, and I'm incredibly grateful to be part of such an amazing team. Dedicated because, despite our diverse backgrounds and origins, it is our shared dedication that brings us together.
Who is your biggest inspiration within the Company?
There are many people within LINK that I take inspiration from, but maybe first and foremost all my colleagues in Sweden. I have learned so much from them, and it has been a real privilege being part of the team. There are too many people to name individually, but each one has contributed - right from onboarding to today - in making this a great place to work.
