On a 2025 proforma basis, the company generated revenue of NOK 8.3 billion, gross profit of NOK 2.0 billion and adjusted EBITDA of NOK 1.1 billion, corresponding to an adjusted EBITDA margin of 13.2%.

Serving more than 66,000 customers globally, LINK facilitated approximately 40 billion messages on an LTM) basis, equivalent to an average of more than 600,000 messages per customer.

Founded more than 25 years ago, LINK was relisted on the Oslo Stock Exchange in 2020 following its privatization in 2018. Since returning to the public markets, the company has completed 13 acquisitions, including 12 in Europe and one in South Africa through the acquisition of SMSPortal in 2025.
