LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

11 September 2025: Karbon Invest AS ("Karbon Invest") has today sold 15,945,105 shares in LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (the "Company"), representing 5.31% of the share capital and votes in the Company at a price of NOK 33.50 per share. In addition, Jens Rugseth has, through his wholly owned company Rugz AS, sold 500,000 shares and other parties affiliated with Karbon Invest have sold 523,739 shares at the same price per share for a total transaction size of 16,968,844 shares with gross proceeds to the vendors of NOK 568 million. Karbon Invest and Rugz AS are close associates of Jens Rugseth, a board member and primary insider in the Company.
