LINK Mobility - New share capital registered

Oslo, 7 January 2026: Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (the "Company") on 28 November 2025 regarding the share capital increase in connection with the issuance of consideration shares to the sellers of SMSPortal.

The share capital increase has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of the Company is NOK 1,529,504.84 divided into 305,900,968 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
