LINK Mobility - New share capital registered

Oslo, 18 August 2026: Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (the "Company") on 27 May 2026 regarding the Company's annual general meeting. The general meeting resolved to decrease the share capital of the Company by redemption of 20,898,660 treasury shares.

The share capital decrease has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of the Company is NOK 1,425,011.54 divided into 285,002,308 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
