LINK Mobility - Cancellation of Extraordinary General Meeting

Oslo, 16 October 2026 - LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA ("LINK" or the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors has decided to withdraw the proposals presented for consideration at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.

In light of feedback received from shareholders, it has become clear to the Company that the proposals do not have sufficient support among its shareholders. The Board of Directors has therefore decided to withdraw the current proposals.

The Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 19 October will therefore be cancelled.
