    In partnership with LINK and Nets, Lowell implemented Mobile Invoice via SMS, a frictionless way to send invoices and payment reminders directly to customers’ phones.

    The solution included:

    • A secure SMS link to a branded landing page with the total amount due

    • Instant access to multiple payment methods like Vipps, Swish, MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers

    • Real-time confirmation for both sender and recipient

    • Seamless experience—no app download, no OCR number input

    This allowed customers to pay wherever and whenever they wanted, reducing complexity and boosting compliance.
