How LINK’s Commitment to UN Global Compact impacts our work

Our Commitment to Corporate Responsibility

Since 2021, LINK Mobility has been a proud signatory of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), aligning our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy with its Ten Principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. These principles are embedded into the way we work - both internally and across our partner and supplier network.

Joining the UNGC has enabled us to:

  • Strengthen brand trust and attract responsible investors

  • Access best practice guidance for sustainable business

  • Monitor and communicate our sustainability efforts through our annual Communication on Progress (CoP)

Read on to see how we bring the Ten Principles to life in our everyday operations.

Principles 1-2: Human Rights

We respect and uphold internationally recognized human rights. Our Code of Conduct requires all employees and suppliers to:

  • Promote and protect human rights in all business dealings

  • Avoid complicity in human rights violations

  • Follow our Supplier Code of Conduct, which prohibits any form of abuse across the supply chain

  • Screen major investment contracts using environmental and social risk criteria

Principles 3-6: Labor Standards

We are committed to fair labor practices across our global organization. That includes:

  • Documenting employment terms clearly and fairly

  • Respecting the right to collective bargaining and freedom of association

  • Opposing forced labor and child labor in all forms

  • Promoting equality and inclusion in the workplace

Diversity is a strength at LINK, and our teams reflect a wide range of nationalities, identities, and backgrounds. Every employee is encouraged to bring their whole self to work - without fear of discrimination.

Our values - United, Dedicated, Enthusiastic - are more than words. They guide how we treat each other, make decisions, and grow together.

Principles 7-9: Environment

LINK is committed to reducing its environmental footprint by:

  • Preventing pollution and minimizing waste

  • Promoting recycling and reducing e-waste

  • Encouraging the use of video meetings and public transport

  • Complying with all applicable environmental laws

In 2022, we measured our first corporate carbon footprint to identify major emission sources and reduction opportunities. We also initiated at least one climate action in each LINK subsidiary to raise awareness and drive local impact.

Principle 10: Anti-Corruption

We take a zero-tolerance approach to corruption - including bribery, extortion, and undue influence. All employees are required to sign our Code of Conduct and follow our anti-corruption policies.

To maintain accountability, LINK has implemented a secure, third-party whistleblowing system that enables employees and stakeholders to report concerns safely and confidentially.

Looking Forward

Our CSR work is not a side initiative - it is central to who we are and how we operate. We are committed to making a positive impact on our people, our partners, and the planet.
