Because a Third-Party using LINK Mobility services to carry out their messages may also use LINK Mobility services to host their content in SaaS mode, it is not possible for LINK Mobility to know the content of any messages hosted and/or carried out. As a result, LINK Mobility  operates under a "notice and action" system.
