Accounts
Accounts are top-level organizational containers. Each account can include subaccounts, users, API credentials, and assigned products.
Account hierarchy and switching accounts
The MyLink Portal supports hierarchical service accounts. A service account represents an organizational unit (for example a company, department, or country team). Service accounts can have parent-child relationships, allowing organizations to structure their messaging setup according to their internal structure.

Each account may contain:
Products (SMS API, WhatsApp API, etc.)
Configuration (callbacks, credentials, keywords)
User permissions
Switching between accounts
If a user has access to multiple accounts, they can switch between them:
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Select Switch account.
Choose the account you want to access.
The dropdown displays the account hierarchy, showing parent and child accounts.
Accounts you cannot access are visible but disabled, allowing you to understand the structure.
Searching accounts
Users can search accounts directly from the Switch account menu.
Notes:
Search starts after entering 3 characters
Only accounts the user has access to can be opened
Parent accounts may appear even if access is restricted to show hierarchy context
Data visibility
When logged into an account:
You see data for that account
You may also see data from child accounts depending on the feature
Data from parent or sibling accounts is not visible
This ensures tenant isolation and security.
