Norwegian Flisekompaniet AS signs LINK Mobility AS for their customer loyalty program

Flisekompaniet AS, a nationwide chain with 26 outlets in Norway specializing in tiles, natural stone and other improvement/renovation products for the Norwegian home, takes a new step towards digitalization of their customer communication. Flisekompaniet will use the LINK Mobility customer club solution to reward loyal customers by offering special offers and coupons directly through the customer’s mobile phone.

Flisekompaniet is owned 100% by Optimera AS, Norway’s largest company of sales and distribution of construction products, wooden and interior. Optimera is also part of the international group Saint-Gobain, which is represented in 67 countries and is Europe’s largest distributor of construction products.

“We have chosen LINK Mobility for our customer club program because the solution is flexible and has an easy to use interface. In addition, LINK Mobility offers other good solutions that will even expand the benefit of the solution for our customers,” said Thomas Larsen, ICT Manager at Flisekompaniet AS. “We look forward to getting started with the system, and we are sure that LINK Mobility meets our expectations,” adds Per-Ivar Ekeberg, Chain Manager of Flisekompaniet AS.

LINK Mobility AS, one of Europe’s leading mobile messaging and mobile services providers, is amongst others specialized in solutions to digitalize and simplify processes. One of these solutions is LINK Mobility’s customer club and loyalty program. It allows companies to offer their customers a loyalty program used directly on their phones.

“We are very pleased that Flisekompaniet has chosen LINK Mobility as their partner and customer club provider. We are confident that this cooperation will enable Flisekompaniet to be innovative in its mobile interaction and communication with its customers, and enabling them to build an even stronger customer relationship.” says Jan Tore Kjær, Director of Marketing & Sales in LINK Mobility AS.
